The wines of the Novacella Abbey are distinguished by their high quality and longevity.
The quality remains constant over time, showing, for each vintage, the peculiar characteristics that distinguish it.
The classic line, as emerges from the many tastings and evaluations, offers fresh and fruity wines. They are ready to be drunk from a young age.
Over the centuries, some rare and particularly suitable areas have been identified in all production areas, with different altimetric altitudes where all factors that contribute to quality are ideal: from thermal excursions to the age of the vines to the composition of the soil. From these grapes, particularly rich in extract and harvested in small quantities, the cru wines of the Abbey derive, characterized by a quality that is always higher than the norm. These are wines capable of aging well beyond ten years.
